The New American Regeneration Party is an internet based political organization that blames all of American woes on both of the dominant national political parties (Democrat and Republican) that they feel are controlled by members of the post World War II "Baby Boomer" generation whose "loyalty to their political organizations is valued above the common interests of the American people."
They claim the two large existing American political parties, (Democrat and Republican) have had a monopoly on power in the United States of America for over 200 years and have become two rigid organizations where power is consolidated into an wealthy elite oligarchy that controls all of American life. They claim the "...powerful elite members have more in common with each other, than with the common citizen. The irresponsible generational attitude they both embody, has resulted in them recklessly gambling away America's once mighty wealth."

The New American Regeneration Party supports the founding of New Regeneration Parties in other countries, all of them to eventually form a New World Regeneration Party, which would not be a "super-party", but a coalition of independent national parties which closely co-operate, as described here (link broken).

Their light blue flag has been seen at several Occupy demonstrations. Across the top are the words "REVOLUTION GENERATION" in white, across the bottom "DEBT IS SLAVERY" also in white. Centered between the words is the party shield. See here (link broken) for a detailed description of their flag, shield, and its meaning.

The photos of the flag can be seen here and here and a large image of the flag is shown at the Facebook profile of the party (link broken).

The party emblem is derived from the coat of arms of the USA, but most of its elements are modified. The bird is actually a phoenix, used as the "symbol of rebirth out of destruction", as "this world age is self destructing and a new and bright future will emerge out of the ashes". It is depicted as a white eagle (its standard heraldic representation), which rises from the flames, its old body having burnt into the ashes at the bottom of the fire. The phoenix is facing the sinister side (U.S. eagle is facing the standard dexter side). While the olive branch, which "represents peace and growth", is kept in its dexter talon, the bundle of arrows in its sinister talon is replaced with a gold bar, which "represents absolute value, and a solid financial base", because the party seems to support the return to the gold standard as the basis of monetary system.
The shield on phoenix' breast has six blue and seven red stripes and a white chief; this recalls two flags from the American Revolution, the Guilford Courthouse flag and the South Carolina Navy flag, but it is not clear whether they have provided the inspiration for this design (the party website says nothing about that). The chief is charged with the words LIBERTY and JUSTICE, inscribed in black one above the other, with a black line between them; the meaning of this is that the justice is the basis for the liberty.
The party name is inscribed in an arc at the top of the disc, spreading all the way between the phoenix' wings. Additional inscription .com is placed beneath the party name; both inscriptions form the URL of the party website, a practice which is becoming increasingly popular among the small political parties worldwide - or at least, in countries with the widespread use of Internet.
The disc on which all the above charges are placed is is yellow, which represents the rising sun. The outermost yellow edge seems to be just the fimbriation to make two other edges more distinctive against the blue field, while the intermediate green edge "symbolizes the re growth of the earth". The innermost edge in ash color is explained as follows: "A sacred circle surrounds the Phoenix, which represents the cycles of time, and the eternal return of all mortal things to where they were born. Ashes to ashes and dust to dust, the birth and death of all things continue as time unfolds." This seems to symbolize the emerging of a new era out of self-destruction of the old one, which is also symbolized by the phoenix.
